How do I know what size to get?
For men, CPAP Strap sizing easily correlates to the size of suit jacket you wear. For women, sizing easily correlates to the band size of your bra. Please see the below for additional information.

Can I cut the length of the strap if it is too long?
Yes. The strap can be cut without fraying. Just make sure to cut off excess material on the opposite end from the pull tab.

What are the care instructions?
Hand wash in cold water and line dry

How do I keep the strap from curling?
When not wearing the strap fold the hook end towards the nylon and not towards the loop. Some curling may occur, but it will not impact the integrity of the strap. You can also use a heavy object like a book to flatten out any curling that does happen.

Shipping Policy
CPAP Strap offers free shipping via the United States Postal Service anywhere in the continental United States. Orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days and estimated arrival will be within 7 business days.

Return policy
In the unlikely event of a return, you may return the CPAP strap within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Please provide your order number and a reason why you need to return the product. We will then respond with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
